Aadat

The song Aadat, by the band group Jal, is one which will give you supreme satisfaction if you are an acoustic guitar player. Using simple chords like Asus and Dm, it creates a starting tune which is now very famous in Bollywood. My guitar teacher came out with these tabs and I think they are as good as perfect. What do you think?

The song uses only three basic chords…
Asus (032000)
Dm (132300)
Bb (133300)

The interesting thing is the arpeggio generated with these chords as follows.

Asus Asus
---------0-----0-----0-----0-------------0-----0-----0-----0-----
-----3-----3-----3-----3-----3-------3-----3-----3-----3-----3---
---2---2-----2-----2-----2-----2---2---2-----2-----2-----2-----2-

The chords are originally C#sus2 and Amaj for the arpeggio (both Barre), but i see that its much simpler to play it in the key of Dmin (as compared to C#min) by shifting it up a semi tone.Good one there being creative. Although according to your arpeggio the first chord is Dsus2 not Asus as you have mentioned. Your doin a great job though! very impressive.

    Cheers.
