This is a beautiful, slow and simple strumming song sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. But it uses barre chords so practice hard if you are not yet comfortable with barre chords.

The strumming pattern used in the song is very simple with just 2 down strokes. It can be ornamented in various parts of the song with another stroke to make a connected rhythm.

How A Movie Release Affects The Page Views!

I would like to show a very interesting statistics which re-affirms my belief that the traffic of this blog depends a lot upon the happenings in Bollywood.

I posted the song Give Me Some Sunshine from the movie 3 Idiots more than a month before the scheduled release of the movie. 19th November to be precise. If you will notice the graph below, the page views leading up to the release date are marginal and pretty constant averaging about 150 views a day.

One of my blog’s reader, Arghya Chattopadhyay sent me this video for review. This is a very good attempt by him and his friend. The singer has a very good voice as well. But I can’t comment on the singing since I am a very awful singer myself! The strumming is a bit fast so the rhythm might be difficult to catch, but if you listen hard you will get it. Well done!
