The song is in the key of C major. So the chords used in the song are C, Dm, Em, F, G and Am.
The next shape in the CAGED System is another common and useful shape which you have been playing since a long time.

With two shapes already taken care of, its time to move on to the next shape.

Now that you have understood the E shape (Part 2), it is time to check out a new shape.
